AmeriKick Martial Arts Overland Park

We have been going here for about two months now and it has been an awesome experience! We have tried other activities and my son has never really loved them. He loves coming here. The sensei are awesome. They are patient and kind with the kids, but expect them to pay attention and do what they are asked. I love that my son is not only getting in a physical activity, but also the character and discipline they instill. I would highly recommend AmeriKick!

My son is on the spectrum and this place has not only become a place of comfort and confidence to him, but it has also taught him patience and peer interaction. He loves his senseis and they work very well with him. I recommend this place for your kiddos because they easily and comfortably become part of the amerikick family.

We are so grateful for Amerikick. We took a leap, and decided to get our twins enrolled in sessions over the summer. We have seen so much individual growth in both, R and R. We have not only seen more self control and discipline in home life, but also in their dedication to school work, self discipline and leadership in friend groups. They look forward to their sessions each week. Everyone there is so dedicated to their individual growth. They especially love their sessions with Sensei Parrish and Sensei Rodrigo! They feel genuinely appreciated, and like the Amerikick family is committed to them growing to be better in all aspects of life. From the very first day, they were greeted by name and welcomed into the karate family! They even send special snail mail cards of encouragement, which is something we just don't see a lot since social media became a thing. It makes them feel special. We are super happy with our decision to join, and looking forward to what is to come!

Everything these guys do is just perfect! They are sooo great with our child! They have everything streamlined and run a very friendly, professional business. They deserve every 5 star rating they get. I’m blown away by the services they provide for kids classes, they really have it all figured out!

If you’re looking for after school or summer camp, this place is THE best. My boys have gone to a few different summer camps, but have never loved any like this one. They begged to go on the weekends and refused when I would try to let them stay home to get a chill break day. It’s so nice to have a place to send your kids that you know they will be safe in and have a blast too. Thanks for the super fun summer! My boys also go to karate here and have learned so much! They love going to class and all of the instructors have been amazing. I’m so glad we found amerikick. It’s a bit of a ways for us, but I’ll gladly make the drive to take them to someone i trust that the kids love just as much as I do!
